This is a third-party (Shanghai FESCO) dispatched position contracting for 1 year.
What will you do? - Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives. - Implement allowance structure - Implement and conduct HR internal audit - Participate and implement benefit program and related work - HR monthly report - Train business leaders about reward programs, help our employees and managers easy to find transparent information on our reward practices - Participate and implement data analytics and related program, identify questions, and propose solution by data analysis - Provide performance & reward solutions by leveraging analytical tools - Support special working system application, and implement democratic process - Monthly payroll management for dispatched & outsourcing staff - Answers for questions on performance and reward - Support on employee certificate
Why this is for you? - Ideally You are coming from compensation and benefit community, where compensation practices, data analyzing are critical to the success of the role. With 3 years of reward practices, you have experience of methods and technologies and practices in C&B fields. - You have strong and proven analytical skills. - You have experience with HR software (HRIS). - You have solid knowledge about local laws to meet compliance requirement. - You have excellent communication skills in English. - You have self-management skills and team-work spirit. - You will ideally have a university degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field. - Be familiar with Power BI is a plus.
