Position Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling PSG’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Develop Sales strategies within Greater China including channel strategy, sales model, customer strategies; identify focused market segment and ensure the strategies work and generate consistent growth in PSG Greater China business. 61 Coordinates Greater China Sales activity with Sales Managers, sales distribution and OEM network interface with regards to training requirements, and market intelligence. 61 Responsible for the assessment of market potential in the territory for Hydro product in Greater China. 61 Analyze competition and alternative technology in the business and develop competitive strategies to grow PSG products in market to improve market share. 61 Gain target customer and project and increase win rate. 61 Search and sign up new suitable channels to address those uncovered business and geographical areas to improve our sales and market shares in Greater China. 61 Enhance good business relation with channel partners and OEMs by providing them with ample support to achieve their individual annual sales AOP. 61 Develop and manage sales opportunities pipeline in the industries covered, drive to win sales opportunities and increase hit rate by cooperating with the team to achieve our business goal. 61 Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. 61 Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met. 61 Work with commercial team and OPCO team on implementation and execution of PSG growth strategies to achieve the complete success. 61 Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff in all functions and areas of the business throughout PSG and Dover China. 61 Maintains a focused business perspective by monitoring and staying current on regulatory, technological, economic, competitor, channel and application trends as these relate to the assigned territory to insure that new business opportunities are captured and existing business is maintained. 61 Assist in projects or other assignments that will drive PSG products sales. 61 Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements 61 Above college's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automatization or related majors. 61 Familiar with the livestock/irrigation/ Laundry/Cleaning business with Minimum 5 years’ sales experience 61 Ability to communicate technical concepts, program strategies, and tactics clearly with good English 61 Negotiation skills and the ability to establish mutually beneficial program commitments and expectations with customers.
