1. Administer payroll, social insurance, individual income tax payment for the Engines commercial team. Conduct payroll data analysis to provide insights and recommendations 2. Regularly report and data analysis results to management. 3. Manage leave records, and track attendance for commercial offices. 4. Collect associates allowance receipts and arrange payments. 5. Benefits administration including health check arrangement, travel insurance administration for commercial associates. 6. Deliver HR services to associates such as providing employee certifications, residence permits, Hukou registration support, as well as preparing invitation letters for overseas visitor's visa applications. 7. Handle government related HR administrative tasks such as Flexible Working Hours applications, Annual Social Security requirement, HR audit required by government. 8. Provide HR-related documents to support sales bidding process. 9. Employee lifecycle processes management, including pre-onboarding, Orientation, Exit procedures, Employment Contract renewals and Probation appraisal notifications and employee P-File management. 10. Support employee recognition initiatives including awards for Service Star, Best Performer, Spot bonus, Sales reward etc. 11. Organize associates’ engagement activities such as team building, annual party. 12. Provide office daily administrative support for commercial office. 13. Coordinate HR & administrative-related vendors, including placing orders in procurement system and local finance BPM systems. Handle payments for various administrative vendors, such as stationery, courier services, restaurants, air fare for commercial office and plant. 14. Support CDP and Workday interface process. 15. Coordinate IT related tasks in Shanghai office (Printers, Telephone, handphone, office network) 16. Other projects and tasks upon assignment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Data Analysis, or a related field preferred. 2.At least 2 years HR experience in MNC organization with HRIS experience, System HR knowledge is a must; 3.Familiar with labor management related laws and regulations Considerate, interpersonal, and persistent 4.Demonstrated ability leveraging a variety of technology to support inquiry resolution (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office), experience with data analytics would be advantageous. Data sensitive and solid analytical ability; 5.Demonstrates competencies in ensuring accountability, being action-oriented, managing complexity, showing resilience, collaborating effectively, focusing on customer needs, and optimizing work processes. 6.Strong computer skills, effective with Excel, PPT for reporting. 7.Proficient in English and Mandarin.
