As a Regional Sales Excellence & Project Management Office Lead, you will own and maintain the regional sales excellence and transformational agenda and ensure complex change management within the region. In the job traveling is expected. The role involves overseeing all aspects of large-scale and challenging sales excellence projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with expected impact and quality. By overseeing these projects, you will seek to optimize and strengthen sales excellence processes, practices, and tools across the entire region and IND sales. To achieve a unified approach in our sales efforts, you will need to engage in project management of global sales excellence initiatives, fostering a common language in sales discussions and aligning our activities with a set of shared KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Overall, your focus is on fostering a cohesive and effective sales ecosystem within the organization, driving positive transformation, and enhancing performance across the region's sales teams.
Your main responsibilities: · Apply specialist knowledge in project management, planning and methodologies. · Take ownership and promote regional sales excellence agenda and global projects end-to-end, showing diligence in raising concerns promptly. · Define project resources, and conduct performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations. · Handle change management, risks, and uncertainties within the project framework. · Exhibit high-level stakeholder management skills. · Create clear agreements with Team Managers/Delivery Managers by involving them in planning and activating via Work Package. · Communicate project issues and risks through structured procedures. · Own, develop, and implement Regional Sales Excellence processes, practices, and tools, collaborating closely with regional peers, sales, aftermarket, and Group stakeholders.
Your background: We imagine that you have: · Robust background in Sales Excellence. · Extensive experience building defined processes in project management. · Good business understanding with a proven history in a large manufacturing environment. · Possess a relevant master's degree from a business school or university. · 6-8 years of relevant work experience, complementing formal education eg. · master’s degree. · Proficient in overseeing complex projects and specialized activities in project management. · Demonstrated finished project in supporting key initiatives within large organizations, especially in manufacturing. · Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are a must. · Experience with PowerBI is a plus. · Previous experience with hosting and conducting workshops and trainings.
