OBJECTIVES We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented junior member to join our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The primary objective of the HR Associate role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management of interns and part-time staff.
-Organize and maintain rent payment and related documentation for apartments.
-Assist in the preparation and submission of work permit/visa applications for new and existing employees.
-Handle HUKOU registration processes for employees as required.
-Maintain up-to-date personnel files for all employees.
-Assist in coordinating and executing school or department-related events and activities.
-Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATION -Education: Bachelor’s degree -Major: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Foreign language, or a related field. -Language: Fluent written and spoken English -Working Experience:Fresh graduates or candidate with 1-2 years’ working experience -Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, coupled with a foundational understanding of office AI tools, such as ChatGPT. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. -A good team player and fast learner
