岗位职责:
1.Define project objectives (scope, financial, scheduling with critical path and quality goals) in alignment with project sponsor / steering committee
2.Organize a Project Kick-Off and/or PACT-Workshop to ensure a sustainable project team and a stable, consistant information base
3.Define the project classification/complexity02
4.Define the right team setup including agile/non agile roles as needed
5.Confirm project Staffing: Select and negotiate project (core) team members with sufficient competencies and experience in conjunction with the line management
6.Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating form the plan
7.Ensure that all project objectives are met in the required quality
8.Control and ensure the adherence to the released project budget and project resources according to the approved project plan
9.Control the project profitability in cooperation with Controlling
任职要求:
1.Bachelor in Engineering/ Business Administration or similar degree
2.At least 4 years experience in the automotive or comparable industry in a variety of functions
3.Subproject leader (e.g. Technical project leader or dicsipline project leader) of minimum 1 completed project of a reasonable size
4.No leadership experience required but 2 years as project team member or showing strong leadership or entrepreneurial skills (e.g. in ED)
