Job scope: -Lead end-to-end allocation strategy to support sales/drive sell-thru. -Set initial allocation plan and drop new flow allocation by understanding products/marketing strategy and refresh store. -Set differentiated replenish plan by channel/doors to support sales target/liquidation purpose. -Monitor inventory/WOS level at gender/store/category and drive actions like transfers. -Sense of rolling forecast to decide the size of NF to bring in and replenish. -Store contact window to deliver allocation strategy and changes.
Role Qualifications:
● Working seniority and experiences: minimum 5 years allocation experience in relevant apparel/sports industry. ● Education level and qualifications: Bachelor or above. ● Core competency: Proven allocation skills, strong planning logic. ● Business and technical skills: Strong business mindset, advanced Excel level skill. ● Soft-skills: Cross function communication, good written and oral English, sense of innovation will be a plus.
