Service Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Shanghai.

Your tasks:

According to the arrangement of technical service department leader, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements of the company, complete the workshop maintenance and on-site service, solve the product failure and meet customer needs
Provide maintenance service for the users of ZF products independently, accurately judge and effectively eliminate the failure, timely, accurate and complete maintenance service report
Explain to the customers what the root causes for the failures are and what need to be taken care of.
Complete the tasks assigned by KAM or service supervisor in time
Improve work efficiency, and ensure service quality

Your profile:
Above 2 years working experience in automotive
Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical
Master the structure and knowledge of automotive transmission
Know about vehicle structure and related knowledge
Be familiar with Office and test software
