Job Description To develop and execute e-commerce CBEC key account strategy and business development to achieve business objectives in China
Key Responsibilities 61 Achieve E-commerce CBEC annual sales target and execute Channel strategy; 61 Joint business Plan with key account CBEC platform and initiative the business opportunity 61 Negotiate and optimize CBEC EKA annual contract based on business demand, find cooperation opportunity; 61 Considering brand positioning & platform feature, co-work with digital manager and Brand manager to initiate campaigns to maximize online sales, which enhance online sales, traffic, conversion rate and brand awareness 61 Allocate budget to projects, monitoring costs, provide status reports and outputs analysis with monthly report and quarterly review; 61 Work close with cross-functional Brand MKT team, leverage online resources to maximize sales; 61 Manage distributor on operation, page design and customer service
Skills & Qualifications 61 Bachelor degree in Business, digital or e-commerce degree preferred 61 Excellent communication skills, English is plus 61 3-5 years of experience in consumer e-commerce 61 Proven success record in E-commerce business management 61 CBEC or EC-KA management experience is plus 61 Skin care and personal care background is plus 61 Strategic capabilities to build e-platform activities as well as tactical e-commerce and data analyzing capabilities 61 Experience negotiation skill with EC KA and distributor 61 Willingness to work or relevant experience in Personal Care - knowledge of Skin Care field a real plus 61 Achievement: ability to achieve sales with high performance 61 Impact and influence: ability to work within cross-functional team environment and influence beyond Self Medication Business 61 Innovative, enthusiastic and keen to play a key role in responsible KA of the Self Medication business with track record of personal engagement in emerging technologies and media
