Job Title: (Assistant) E-Commerce Key Account Manager, Dermatological Skincare
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Description:
To develop and execute Douyin Livestream strategy and business models to achieve Consumer business objectives in China
Key Responsibilities:
1. Based on E-commerce team sales target, achieve Douyin strategic sales plan, annual business plan objectives and periodical goal.
2. Negotiate and manage Douyin Livestream DP annual contract and yearly and monthly execution plan including product priority, promotion effectiveness, short video & paid media strategy.
3. Setup Douyin daily & monthly data system including sales, traffic, TA, competitor, market, etc.
4. Manage DP on operation, page design and customer service.
5.Work closely with cross-functional Brand MKT team, Social MKT team to maximize Brand Livestream, KOL Livestream, Short Video, Paid Media total Douyin efficiency, and help to build 2nd tier product line.
Skills & Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree in business, digital or e-commerce degree preferred
2. Excellent communication skills, English is plus
3. 4-5 years of experience in consumer e-commerce
4. Douyin experience is must
5. Demonstrated ability to successfully over achieve sales plans
6. High energy level to learn in planning, tracking, analyzing Douyin business
7. Strategic thinking on the development of total EC environment, especially understand the AIPL (A1-A5) logic
8. Strong data analysis skill with very structure logic
9. Skillful communication with different function internally and externally
