Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Management: Accurately process monthly payroll, ensuring all calculations are correct and compliant with local labor laws. Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate. Be highly attentive to detail and have a strong sense of numerical accuracy. 2. Employee Events Coordination: Plan and execute company events such as annual meetings, birthday celebrations, and holiday activities. Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure events run smoothly. Foster a positive and engaging company culture through well-organized and enjoyable events. 3. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team. Handle employee offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and exit interviews are conducted. Maintain employee records and update the HR information system accordingly. 4. Other tasks assigned by depatment. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in payroll management, employee event coordination, and HR administration. 3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creative mind with a flair for event planning and presentation design. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. 7. Experience with WeChat public account management is a plus. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
