Develop and implement EHS program and procedures according to national & local regulations, company policy.
※ 制定和实施安全计划，争取实现零事故，包括但不限于工作危害分析、机器设备防护、听力保护计划、特种设备管理、特种作业 管理、叉车安全和仓库安全、危害交流、上牌上锁程序、职业病防治、紧急反应计划等；
Develop and implement safety programs in Xiamen site to strive for zero incidents, including but not limited to job hazard analysis, machine safety program,special equipment management, special operation management, fork truck safety & WHS safety, hazards communication program, LOTO program, PPE, occupational disease prevention,emergency response plan, etc;
※ 关注国家和地方EHS法规的进展，评估对现场作业的影响，制定合规计划，并确保现场作业符合国家和地方的要求；
Monitoring national and local EHS regulatory progress, evaluating the impacts on site operation, developing compliance initiatives and ensuring continual compliance;
※ 为员工和承包商提供和管理EHS培训计划
Provide and manage EHS training program for employees and contractors
※ 与现场管理人员定期进行EHS审计和检查，跟踪纠正和预防措施；
Conduct routine EHS inspection &walk through and organize regular management team audits activities and track corrective and preventive actions;
※ 领导事故根源分析，确定并跟踪纠正和预防措施；
Lead the incident root cause analysis, establish and track the corrective and preventive actions;
※ 负责对新项目和现场变化进行EHS评估,并取得EHS方面的许可
Responsible for the EHS clearance and evaluation for new projects and site changes
任职要求：
1. 理工或相关学科本科以上学历（化工、机械、工程、环境和工业卫生）
Bachelor of Science Degree or above in a related discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Engineering, Environment or Industrial Hygiene)
2. 3年以上设计院或项目管理公司工作经验，参与国际性工程项目(工业自动化厂房）者优先考虑；
More than 3 years of working experience in project management company, international project's background will be preferred,
3. 注册安全工程师（由安监总局颁发）优先
Certified Safety Engineer (issued by SAWS) is preferred
4. 了解国家和地方的EHS法规
Understanding of national and local EHS regulations
5. 了解工作危害分析、防损、环境保护、职业病防治、工作场所安全等
Good knowledge on the job hazard analysis, loss prevention, environment conservation, occupational disease prevention, workplace safety, etc
6. 熟练的英文读写说表达能力优先考虑；
