职位描述
"1、协助客服经理对国外市场及客户提供全方位的服务;
2、每月评估供应商价格、如果供应商价格发生重大变化、向主管报告
3、及时有效的处理国外客户的邮件,在规定的时间内准确处理国外客户订单,并提报客户的订单需求。
4、和供应商及时跟进订单出运时间,确保供应商按照国外客户要求的发货时间准时保质安排发货。
5、接收ASN、与第三方仓库协调清关、确保供应商和仓库之间的入境手续顺利进行。
6、订单交付及价格异常情况,及时汇报给直线经理。
7、能及时发现和处理在收货过程中或仓库内发现的产品问题。与供应商沟通、立即解决问题。
8、积极与供应商和财务部门协调形式发票和商业发票、装箱单以及装运单据/付款单据。
9、根据客户下单情况、协调生产、处理交期以及发货、 跟踪货物物流情况等。
10、跟进新项目、工程变更。
11、及时准确的提供财务部门所需文件。
12、遵守Motus的程序和政策。
13、维护ERP系统中的数据库。
14、直线经理安排的其他任务。
"1. Assist the customer service manager in providing comprehensive services to foreign markets and customers;
2. Monthly evaluation of supplier prices, reporting to supervisors if there are significant changes in supplier prices
3. Timely and effectively handle emails from foreign customers, accurately process foreign customer orders within the specified time, and submit customer order requirements.
4. Follow up with suppliers on the shipment time of orders in a timely manner, ensuring that suppliers arrange shipments on time and with quality according to the requirements of foreign customers.
5. Receive ASN, coordinate customs clearance with third-party warehouses, and ensure smooth entry procedures between suppliers and warehouses.
6. Report any abnormal delivery or pricing of orders to the line manager in a timely manner.
7. Be able to promptly detect and handle product issues discovered during the receiving process or in the warehouse. Communicate with suppliers and solve problems immediately.
8. Actively coordinate with suppliers and finance departments on formal and commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping/payment documents.
9. Based on customer order placement, coordinate production, handle delivery time, and track logistics of goods.
10. Follow up on new projects and engineering changes.
11. Provide timely and accurate documents required by the finance department.
12. Comply with Motus' procedures and policies.
13. Maintain the database in the ERP system.
14. Other tasks assigned by the line manager."
1、本科及以上学历。
2、5年以上客户服务工作经验及相关行业工作经验。
3、有汽车零部件售后市场工作经验者优先。
4、有国际贸易公司和货运单据经验者优先。
5、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
6、能够熟练运用EXCEL如数据透视表,VLOOKUP等,会熟练运用POWER BI者优先
7、思维敏捷、沟通能力强、有解决问题的能力、能承受一定的工作压力。
8、有较强的责任心和团队合作精神,有较强的沟通表达能力和独立工作能力。
9、做事认真负责,注重细节。
"1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. More than 5 years of customer service work experience and relevant industry work experience.
3. Experience in automotive parts after-sales market is preferred.
4. Experience in international trade companies and shipping documents is preferred.
5. Good English speaking and written communication skills.
6. Proficient in using EXCEL such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc., proficient in using POWER BI is preferred
7. Agile thinking, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to withstand certain work pressures.
8. Has strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong communication and expression skills, and independent work ability.
9. Serious and responsible in work, paying attention to details. "
