1.Work as HRBP to provide operation support to business team on performance management, talent development, engagement surveys, salary administration, employee relations and organization culture building, etc. 2.Identify and collect training needs of the site. Plan, develop and implement in-house training programs. 3.Participate in business activities to support the effective business operation. 5.Coordinate and take lead HR projects in responsible activities and assist with special projects. 6.Organize and facilitate well-being activities and other celebrations. 7.Work with other internal HR functions to improve total employee experience. Key requirements: 1. Bachelor degree. 2. 3 year+ working experience in HR related job in multinational company. 3. Strong knowledge on labor law and regulations.Familiar with working process / functions of HR professional. 4.Customer-oriented, good team spirit, care about people. 5.Strong communication and presentation skills.
