RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责: 1.Technical Support 技术支持 2.Answer spare part number related inquiries by searching and updating technical spare part information. 以搜索及更新备件信息的方式回答关于备件物料号的查询需求。 3.Handle spare part documentation feedback. 处理与备件文件相关的反馈。 4.Participate in issuing spare part “Bulletins”. 参与编制备件公告。 5.Participate in spare part documentation and NPD projects in the early stages of project planning. 参与备件文件编制以及在研发项目的早期进行介入。 6.Parts Creation and Maintenance 零件的创建与维护 7.Ensure that all necessary parts are set up in the ERP or aftermarket service system. 确保在ERP或CRM系统中所有所需零件已被创建。 8.Ensure availability of spare parts for new models during product launch and ramp-up. 确保新机型从产品推出到量产过程中备件的可购性。 9.Manage existing part numbers by confirming the accuracy of the item master and evaluating the needing for replacements, supersession’s & updates. 通过确保物料主数据的一致性以及评估替代、更新等需求管理已存在的物料号。 10.Inventory Forecasting and Analysis 库存预测及分析 11.Provide initial recommended spare parts lists for the *** unit into country/region with stock quantities, max/min and reorder points. 为某国或某地区的首台设备提供带有库存数量、***及最小订货时间点的初始推荐备件清单。 12.Update recommended spare parts lists, stock requirements and liaise with the inventory group to action any changes in stock due to changes in specification. 按照技术参数的变更,升版推荐备件列表、库存需求以及联系仓库团队进行库存变更。 13.Give spare part recommendation, Maintenance/Service Kits. 提供推荐保养、维修服务备件包。 14.Report abnormal parts usages. 报告非正常使用的备件情况。 15.Ensure critical/major components stocked for onsite part requirements. 确保现场备件需求的关要零件库存。
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 任职要求: 1.Experience in design or service. 设计或售后服务经验。 2.Good understanding of the service business processes. 熟悉售后服务业务的流程。 3.High level of computer literacy with an understanding of ERP and service systems. 熟悉并理解ERP及CRM系统。 4.Part and BOM structure knowledge. 物料以及明细表的知识。 5.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar major. 本科学历,机械专业或相关专业本科。
