Major Responsibilities: 1. New opening preparation and coordination
· Participate in operational order management. · Participate in checking list scheduling & accomplishment. · New store opening on-site coordination. · Constantly improve and formalize opening preparation flow and structure 2. Support & Monitor Store Operation
· Improve store operational procedure and workflow, making proposals, facilitating communication and monitoring implementation. · Standardize and support store operational service. · Store visit for process review or new projects
3. Operational projects coordination
· Support and facilitate OP team internal communication and coordination. · Conduct initial market survey and analysis for OP project proposal.
4. Retail Supply Chain Support · Non-merchandise replenishment order consolidation, confirmation, and modification. (Including local printing, packaging, etc.) · Support replenishment and restocking for full or partial automation. · Build an operation platform to produce inventory data and insights, streamlines processes where possible.
5. Omnichannel operational service support · Support E-com operational service in CWH. · Support various customer journey, eg. Retail MOTO benefit from CWH, share-stock fulfill customer requirement, remote moto between stores. · Standardize remote sales packing and delivery process.
Requirements & Capabilities:
· University degree or above · At least 3 years well-traced working experience in operation field and is good at project management. · Good organization and logical planning skills · Good interpersonal and communication skills · Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes · Self-driven, can work under pressure · Multitasking, can meet deadlines · Ready for frequent travel · Good oral and written English · Good office software application (word, excel,PPT)
