Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
As Head of SHiP
1）Coordination and management for daily product manufacturing, to ensure all
things go on smoothly in SHiP II manufacturing area.
By cooperating between SHiP II manufacturing and teams from other departments
to make available all the resources necessary to run the manufacturing as
planned, guarantee the quality of product is always met, establish reasonable
safety stock to satisfy sales need.
2）Participate / organize execution of process/cleaning validation
By participate optimizing the process through some parameter perfecting,
mechanical adjustment of machine and etc., to achieve material localization,
increase the quality and have better output. Participate and execute
validation for those changes.
3）Participate new product launch & technology transfer
By localizing the product which is originally imported from other Roche
affiliate. Participate and execute process optimization during technology
transfer phase; manufacture samples on experiment scale for registration
purpose; ensure the smooth, stable output for commercial batches.
4）GMP and safety surveillance in SHiP II manufacturing production.
By leading SHiP II manufacturing team to implement c GMP standard in the
production with supervision in order to guarantee the quality of products and
performance in international standard.
By reinforcing and monitoring obedience of national and company’s regulation
or policy to take care of safe operation protection not only in daily work but
also in extension of new product, process and equipment.
5）Develop people in SHiP II manufacturing plants.
By making available enough training courses for critical people to develop
their management and technical skills; expose people with potential to
different work center, let them obtain more skills in different field. Make
sure SHiP II manufacturing plants have a stable and sufficient skilled-staff
team.
6）Participate certain projects in the SHiP II manufacturing
By coordinating and distributing to resource in SHiP II manufacturing to
initial some projects,
Implement the plan of project, execute the project and help subordinates to
execute the project.
Education/Qualifications
University or above
Pharmacy , Chemistry or Biology preferred
Job Required Competencies
least 10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry
At least 2 years’ experience at relevant level
Professional knowledge of pharmaceuticals Management skills
Language skills: Good at listening, speaking, reading and written English
PC skill: Word, Excel, Power point
