61 Regular touch base with each workstream, and support to develop and execute strategic KPIs and a yearly tracking plan. 61 Perform governance assurance check on each workstream based on the KPIs on a monthly basis 61 Support Account Lead for operation risk control and performance improvement. 61 Develop the policy, standards and SOP for each service line. 61 Develop the training materials and deliver refresh training on policy, standard and SOP for all SDX AZ site employees, with feedback for further improvement.
