主要任务和职责
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.预算管控：薪资福利预算使用情况预测、分析、管控、建议；
Budget control:forecast, analyze, control and suggest the use of salary and welfare budget；
2.薪资发放：负责公司全体员工的薪资、奖金的核算与发放；
Salary payment:responsible for the accounting and payment of salaries and bonuses for all employees of the company；
3.人工成本分析：负责公司全体员工人工成本核算，完成人工成本与销售预算进行对比分析；
Labor cost analysis: responsible for the labor cost accounting of all employees, and completed the comparative analysis of labor cost and sales budget；
4.劳动关系程序管理：负责公司员工劳动合同签订工作，负责公司正式员工离职手续办理工作；
Labor relations procedure management: responsible for the signing of labor contracts for employees and the resignation procedures for regular employees；
5.薪资福利申报：社会保险、住房公积金、个人所得税、残疾人保障金等申报事项的管理；
Salary and welfare declaration: social insurance, housing provident fund, individual income tax, security fund for the disabled and other declaration management；
6.完成领导分配的其他相关工作;
Complete other related work assigned by leaders；
学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 本科以上学历
At least bachelor degree or above
2. 3年以上中型制造业薪资福利管理经验
At least 3 years experience in C&B management in medium size manufacturing industry
技能Skills:
1.熟练使用office办公软件 Good command of office software
2.熟悉人力资源法律法规Familiar with HR laws and regulations
3.具备逻辑思维、数据分析能力 Capable of logical thinking and data analysis
4.基本的英语读写能力 Read and write basic English
