Job Responsibilities: 1.Payroll: Independently manage the retail payroll processes of two brands,resolve compensation-related queries,and ensure accurate reporting for compliance audits 2.Labor budget & Report: Independently conduct the quarterly labor budget and analysis 3.Salary Scheme: Co-work with HRBP to analyze, design and implement the salary scheme to ensure competitiveness and internal equity 4.Benefits:develop and administer employee benefits programs to enhance engagement and retention 5.HRSS: Sort out and optimize the HR processes related to compensation and benefits to empower HRBP and business team.
Job qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree or above 2.More than 2 years of experience related to compensation and benefits 3.Deep understanding of labor laws,compensation theories 3.Be efficient, self-motivated, logical, meticulous and responsible, and proficient in Excel.
