主要职责: 1. Assist in the formulation and execution of performance objectives for the company, departments, and employees, ensuring that the completion of employee performance goals is effectively tracked and recorded. 2. Responsible for collecting issues and results related to the implementation of assessments, including processes and performance system tools, and proposing improvement plans and following up on their implementation. 3. Responsible for the collection, summarization, calculation, and analysis of performance evaluation data, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of performance information. 4. Assist in providing employee performance feedback, performance improvement, collecting and summarizing feedback, and proposing improvement suggestions. 5.Guide departments in conducting evaluations and explain goal setting and assessment-related issues to employees. 6.Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders on time and with quality. 岗位要求: 1.Bachelor’s degree 2.Over 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in performance management. 3.Familiar with labor policies, laws, and regulations; familiar with various performance evaluation methods; knowledgeable about performance management processes. 4.Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills; good team collaboration awareness. 5.Strong data analysis and logical analysis abilities. 6.Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility; 7.Proficient in office software skills.
