Title: Hygiene and Safety Manager, China Working Location: Shanghai, China Your opportunity As the Hygiene and Safety Manager China, you will be responsible for 61 Participate in the definition, implementation and updating of the Club Med China Resorts’ Property and People Safety policy 61 Ensure operational implementation within Club Med’s Safety, Hygiene and Health Policy Club Med China Resorts 61 Coordinate the Hygiene and Food Safety standards and procedures alongside the CSR department. Perform inspection in resort for continuous improvement. 61 Contribute to the security control, audit system, training and crisis management. 61 Detect, coach and develop talents within resort EHS manager and staffs How you will contribute 61 Club Med China Resorts 61 Maintain China resorts under control for fire safety, occupational safety, sports safety 61 To be professional and ambassador for activities safety, include swimming pool, wall climbing and others sports and leisure activities. 61 To work with/inform/communicate directly with VP Ops, CDV, P&S related managers, experts on a professional basis as well establishing a level of reliability & trust
Who you are? 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree on safety related or Higher education HSE (Master, engineering training) 61 Experience: 87 Proven experience in the various fields of H&S management, and knowledge of Fire safety, security, occupational safety, food safety and public hygiene 87 Minimum experience of 5 years in a company with an international dimension, preferably in the tourism, hotel, restaurant or other public sector 87 Certified Safety Engineer certificate, plus to have China Fire Safety Engineer, Rock Climbing Trainer, Swimming pool trainer certificate 61 Knowledge: 87 Good knowledge on Fire safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Food safety and hygiene, Security, local and international H&S rules and H&S regulations. Knowledge about rules and regulations for establishments open to the public. 87 Good understanding of occupational health and safety prevention, training, audit. Good understanding of the structure and functioning of local public health and safety services 61 Skills: 87 Trainer skills, coaching, communication Ability to analyze, synthesize and edit, situational intelligence 87 Flexibility and proven adaptability in an international environment. 61 Languages: Fluent English, Chinese 61 Others: Leadership, Rigor and organizational skills, Proactivity, Flexibility, confidentiality, taking initiatives, ability to adapt to multicultural environment, ability to travel regularly.
