Key Areas of Responsibility 61 Deploying, monitoring, and evaluating Security Strategy, Implementing and assessing the effectiveness of the Global Security Operations’ strategy in China. 61 Maintain Physical security: Ensures that all sites uphold an acceptable level of physical security including aspects of Supply Chain Security, through standardized processes and cost-efficient security controls, by performing security self- assessments. 61 Manages the security guarding services: overseeing contracts and performance of security guarding services. 61 Ensures Proper Operation of Security Systems: maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of security systems at all sites. 61 Incidents Management: Leading or supporting investigations of physical security incidents, depending on severity, and ensuring the correct incident management process is followed, including the implementation of preventive/corrective measures. 61 Liaising with Local Authorities: acting as the key contact for all relevant security matters in China, including organizing Signify events, and maintaining relations with local security authorities (e.g., police) and security service vendors. 61 Monitoring Security Developments: Continuously following developments (legal, political, economic, etc.) that could impact the security landscape in China and reporting any changes to the Regional Security Manager of Asia. KPI’s 61 Risk Analysis and Physical Security Assessments. Demonstrating knowledge and application of risk analysis and physical security assessments 61 Crisis Response and Investigation Support: ability to support investigations and respond to crisis situations. 61 Security advisory: ability to advise and guide all security matters in China Skills and Experience 61 Interest in Security Management: Strong-willed with a keen interest in security management. 61 Corporate Security Management: extensive experience in multiple Corporate Security related fields with good understanding of variety of Corporate Security domains and related business processes. 61 Technological Knowledge: familiarity of the latest technology related to security. 61 Experience in China:experience working in China and as part of a multicultural team. 61 Law Enforcement or Security background: Over 6 years of Law enforcement (Police, Military in operational units). or Security academic studies (Political science…).or recognized international certification such ASIS. 61 Project management: Familiar with project management. 61 Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills. 61 Work Under Pressure: Capability to work effectively under pressure
