Job Title – (Senior.) Payroll Specialist - Japan Location - Shanghai
Responsibilities: 1. Act as a country coordinator of payroll process & compliance optimization. 2. Manage monthly payroll, report and distribution, daily operation & maintenance of HRIS. 3. Be in charge of employee social insurance & housing provident fund, such as calculation, reviewing & validating. 4. Be responsible for updating & maintaining of payroll data to support relevant data analysis. 5. Manage all reports related the requirement from Finance department and HR department. 6. Manage related the 3rd party HR vendor to improve service level, check all social insurances statement to ensure all mandatory expenses to be paid accurately, legally and on time. 7. Respond to staff enquiries related to compensation & benefits in a timely and professional manner. 8. Involve in annual budgeting process, personnel cost analysis and forecasting. 9. Work with group C&B team and vendor for equity incentive registration. 10. Support new HR system, attendance system implementation. 11. Other duties assigned by Team Leader.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years working experience in HR payroll function. 2. Experienced in Japan country payroll management is a MUST. Payroll centralization, operation experience or HRMS project experience is a plus 3. Strong analytical and problem solved skills, and independent execution skills. 4. Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized. 5. Good communication skill in both Chinese and Japanese.
