岗位职责: 工作职责: 1. Audit planning审核策划 i. Planning and arrange system certification audits to the customers 策划安排体系认证客户的审核 2. Contract Preparing合同准备 i. Provide contract review and offer for approval. Provide approved offer to customer and sign back提交合同评审文件和合同到相关人员进行审批;报价书批准后,提供给客户签署 3. Audit Notification审核通知 i. Input audit planning to OA审核安排录入OA系统 ii. assistant auditor for Traveling Requisition Form before audit, if necessary 如需要,审核前协助审核员完成差旅申请 iii. Issue certificate S&W&C&R letter for client, if necessary如需要,发出证书暂停、撤销、注销、恢复信 4. Certificate and Payment证书及催款 i. Inform client payment notice and AR chasing通知客户付款,应收帐款的催讨 ii. Check customer payment status before release certificate,确认客户付款情况,证书发放 5. Other assignment arranged by the superior完成上级委派的其他工作
任职要求: Qualifications & Abilities: 资质与能力: 1. Bachelor or equivalent degree本科或以上学历 2. 2 years customer service working experience preferential 有工作经验优先, 3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with team spirit 善于沟通且有团队精神 4. Good command of English and PC skills英语良好,熟悉电脑基本软件操作 5. Be a quick and good learner 学习能力好 6. Ability to work on multiple task and finish within tight deadline 能多任务处理
