Responsibilities : 1. Manage order blanks, check information of customers, products and prices, and input orders correctly in system; 2.Deal with customer inquire and Provide quotation according to customers request; 3.Receiving customer forecast and reviews with supply chain per week; 4.Implement contracts drafting out, actualizing, tracing and related business; 5.Service customers, deal with complaining and returns from them; 6.Overdue orders / Inventory Management; 7.AR Management and Credit Control, take part in invoices making and ensure customers payment on time.
Qualification: 1.College above, 5 years experience as CSR in related industry; 2.Preferably manufacturing customer service; 3.Familiar with overseas trade terms; 4.Quick respond to solve the problem and flexible ability; 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 6.Good English speaking and writing and better stability.
