61 Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. 61 Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to pre-onboarding 61 Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. 61 Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing technique to identify exceptional ability. 61 Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives including campus hiring, talent mapping, etc. 61 Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
Key Requirements: 5 years of recrutiment experience, search firm experince is welcomed; Good talent sourcing skills ; Good learning agility and business acumen; Good communication skills Good English skills in wrriten and reading. Be willing to take challenges.
