Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the recruitment work of the business department, formulate recruitment plans, conduct talent search, and ensure that the team has suitable talents to meet business needs. 2. Talent discovery and insight, key position talent competency management and reserve team building. 3. Pay attention to the training plans for key talents, build and improve the talent echelon, and promote the development of the organization and talents. 4. Participate in the talent review of the business department, analyze the results of the talent review, and provide solutions for the development of the business team. 5. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in management or related fields is preferred. 2. At least 3 years of human resources working experience, with background in technology, manufacturing and other industries preferred. 3. Be familiar with the Company Law and the Labor Law, and have an understanding of the relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations. 4. Skilled in communication and coordination, capable of proactive thinking, and having strong self-motivation.
