-Cooperate with VM, training to provide good consumer experience in store
-Work with MO to monitor products performance to achieve good sell through
Experience requirements
-Sales operation experience ＞5 years，
-Good understanding of franchise business model
-Experienced in store level ST improvement
-Retail excellence project management
