Job description / Mission Mission: As the team member of HR SSC Payroll Hub, to deliver high quality payroll/tax/EA services in efficient way. Contribute in team continuous improvement for better user experience.
1. Provide high quality payroll, tax and EA administration services for internal customers (900+ pay slips) to ensure process alignment and legal compliance. 2. Conduct effective communication with Business HR and employees to answer inquiries and solve problems. 3. Maintain effective communication with payroll banks, tax bureaus for staff issues. 4. Actively contribute to payroll system and process enhancement to meet requirements. 5. Provide kinds of payroll/tax/EA data and reports as per external and internal requirements. 6. Support in kinds of payroll/tax/EA related administration job/project assigned.
Experience Requirements At least 1 year experience in payroll and individual income tax administration, HR SSC background in multinational company will be a plus. . Knowledge / Educational requirements Excellent computer skills, especially in payroll system and Excel Good English skills Basic knowledge in Finance University graduated
