Job Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment-related Tasks: Understand recruitment needs, input them into the company system, respond to request emails, and coordinate interview arrangements. Follow up on feedback from hiring departments regarding interviewees and recommended candidates, confirm onboarding-related matters. Maintain regular communication and respond to WeChat messages with newly onboarded consultants. 2. Personnel Management: Handle employee entry, transfer, promotion, and departure processes for projects and the company, calculate salaries, and process project invoice reimbursements. 3. Risk Control: Have a thorough understanding of labor law-related risks, organize severance compensation packages, and prepare contingency plans to ensure compliance in project operations. 4. Information Collection and Management: Collect relevant information, handle social security and insurance contributions. Organize video or phone training sessions, and compile statistics on all personnel reimbursements and working hours. 5. Employee Relations and Benefits: Improve employee relations and benefit management content. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management. 2. At least 1 year of work experience, with experience in HR-related fields preferred. Excellent candidates may be considered with relaxed requirements. 3. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language, independently writing English reports, and participating in meetings. 4.
