Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will play a vital role in providing efficient HR administrative support and managing recruitment processes for Greater China and Asia. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with both national and company policies, maintaining accuracy in talent management platforms, and streamlining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end Recruitment Process Support: o Post job openings on major recruitment platforms and ensure timeliness. o Screen and categorize candidate applications for alignment with role requirements. o Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across different time zones. o Oversee the filing of background checks and maintain organized candidate records. 2. Talent Pool Management: o Maintain and update talent pools, ensuring candidate resumes and communication records are well-categorized for easy retrieval. o Build and strengthen relationships with potential candidates through professional communication. 3. Platform & Data Management: o Ensure data accuracy and timeliness across major recruitment platforms. o Generate recruitment analytics and reports to guide data-driven decision-making. 4. Compliance and Coordination: o Ensure adherence to regional labor laws, industry regulations, and internal compliance standards. o Act as a liaison for cross-functional collaboration and support HR team initiatives. 5. Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks: o Provide general administrative support to the HR department. o Take on additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned by the hiring manager.
Experience & Education Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2. Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR administration preferred; exceptional new graduates will also be considered. 3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 4. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in English for daily business communication; fluency in other languages is a plus.
