1. Evaluate impact from new Customs laws and regulations on affiliates in order to control risks and identify saving opportunities. 2. Provide advisory and consulting to functional departments (mainly Sales and After Sales), which may relate to import obstacles, customs enquire, insight of new customs regulations, etc. 3. Deeply involved in daily Import/Export activities, work closely with relevant dep. for duties/exemption/reduction feasibility with Customs. As well as management on bonded implementation. 4. Support proposal for budget on packing/transportation/tax/duties and etc. 5. Continuously improvement on packing and transportation cost. 6. Implement and improve the internal Customs related processes. Define measures to control Customs and Trade Compliance risks. Fulfil internal trade compliance reporting obligations. 7. Provide regular reporting for job related, like Trade Compliance status, import/ export control topic and etc. 8. Coordinate in global org. on process/KPI.
