Regional Product Manager – Join Interroll and Drive Product Success

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Product Manager to join our team at Interroll. This role is crucial in managing the operational success and market growth of our global product platforms within a defined region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Insight & Platform Direction - Analyze market data, technology trends, regulations, and competition to guide strategic decisions. - Generate actionable insights to support the development of global and regional product roadmaps. - Promote Interroll's customer centric values and engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to gather valuable market insights.
Platform Lifecycle Management - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global standards and continuous improvement. - Ensure product readiness for manufacturing scale-up and operational efficiency. - Track regional KPIs such as cost, volume, and margin, and initiate corrective actions based on performance indicators.
Market & Competitive Intelligence - Consolidate insights from sales, service, customer feedback, and market research. - Analyze competitor products and share findings with the Global Platform Management team. - Assess market trends to inform strategic product direction and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Product Marketing & Commercial Strategy - Define clear product positioning and value propositions based on customer value perception and competitive analysis. - Develop pricing strategies tailored to regional market conditions and communicate them to the regional sales team. - Collaborate with Marketing to develop impactful collateral and execute targeted campaigns.
Go-to-Market & Sales Empower - Build and execute regional go-to-market strategies, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and country teams. - Design and deliver tailored training programs for local sales teams. - Oversee the execution of regional and country plans using a structured project management approach.
Key Interfaces - Collaborate closely with Global Platform Managers, Product Development Teams, Sales Organization, Marketing Teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
Skills and Qualifications - Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent experience. - Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, project management, and customer interaction, preferably in the logistics/material handling industry. - Skills: Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and business acumen. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional team collaboration skills. - Language: Fluent in English.
