Mission To collect market needs and provide portfolio strategic direction, product lifecycle management, and product roadmap for Casappa China to ensure profitable growth short- and long term. Build business cases for the new product launch process.
Responsibilities and Activities 61 Implement the Casappa China strategy and business plan under the leadership of Sales & Marketing Director. 61 Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and activities in collaboration with global Market team and Casappa China Sales team. 61 Lead the creation of technical marketing material and plans for the assigned products/solution portfolio. 61 Responsible for the product roadmap. 61 Develop customer requirement specification , market and launch plans and lead the promotion material for specific products. 61 Support the Product Development Plan, and relative activities. 61 Support sales and participate in customer visits. 61 Monitor key competitors and developments in the market. 61 Develop the price strategy for assigned portfolio. 61 Develop marketing documentation, training material, product material.
Working condition 61 Office in Shanghai Requirement 61 Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering or relevant subject. Knowledge and experience of Hydraulic pumps/motors, control valves, electronics etc will be advantage. 61 5+ years’ product marketing experience with Hydraulics background preferred . 61 Very familiar with Mobile and ralative industries, such as Construction Machine, Material Handling, On-highway machine, Special Vehicle, Mining, oil/gas etc. 61 Excellent interpersonal skill; Ability of effective communication with different levels within organization. 61 Customer focus attitude, Self-motivated, Integrity objective. 61 Good team player, and hands on team management experience should be a priority. 61 Ability of account management and time management, hands on experience of project management should be a priority. 61 Ability of business analysis; Pre-sense to market trend 61 Frequent domestic travel is required. 61 A good command of English; Computer skill on MS-office and database.
