Position Purpose:
Manage China International Trade compliance and Imp&Exp operations. Provide support for China trade activities and support regional programs.

Position Responsibilities:
85 Provide strong Import/Export/Trade Compliance support to DuPont’s business units.
85 Serve as ITSG single point of contact for China to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance.
85 Drive import/export operations and compliance activities. Provide ongoing support to the BUs and Logistics team leveraging the *** & Standard Order Process. HTS Change management, Deliver 100% compliance with the global import/export strategy.
85 Execute global projects for China; Free Trade Agreements, Duty Drawback and duty-avoidance. Support bonded operations customs formalities, Work closely with external suppliers, business unit supply chain teams, Customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely import/export execution. Where necessary, identify and execute continuous improvements.
85 Manage Trade Security Program: Import and Export control, Sanction Party Screening, AEO
85 Internal & external audit governance
85 Provide guidance and training to local business stakeholders, align SOPs for operations and implement KPIs.
85 Monitor and track suppliers’ performance metrics and gaps, identifying and delivering improvement actions
85 Manage Customs House Broker for performance, value creation and savings.
85 Manage people in China Import & Export Operation
85 Assess and mitigate risks to the business. Manage logistics-related supply chain disruptions in real time with the support of regional/global teams.

Education and Experience
61 Bachelor’s Degree
61 Over 5 years of experience in Import/Export/Trade compliance fields
