KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
React quickly to Customer field feedback and Non conformance to fix issues including database(TER/DER) update Be responsible for onsite service people management to achieve fast response to customer to make sure quality issues are controlled in right way in time Coordinate problem solving activities and make sure problem solved and qualified 8D report sent to customer, including corrective actions follow up & verification Be in charge of lessons learn of customer complaints in factory and work as one member in auto China quality customer complaint community to ensure all required topics are implemented. Close work with process engineers to drive internal improvement to achieve customer excellence. Regularly monitor our performance through customer portal / Balance score card and coordinate recovery actions Communicate with sales team (e.g, advanced Quality team) to make sure CSR documented and fully understood by manufacturing unit. Coordinate all customers Audits activities as bridge of customer and manufacturing unit Early involving in Customer Projects together with AQ Customer PPAP coordination with Sales Org. / Customer for Change Management. PPAP submission requirement for new / modified products. Initial sample quality issue investigation & corrective action. Follow-up quality progress of external / internal product homologation test. Maintain good relationships with customers
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Required Strong Customer Interaction / dealing skill is a MUST. Mature & good leadership profile. Knowledge of ISO / IATF16949, PPAP, APQP, MSA and process audit skill etc. Multinational experience Aware of different OEM requirement ( e.g, VDA, Ford Q1,MSA etc) In-depth understanding of the quality management tools, such as 8D problem solving method etc. University level engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or similar competence otherwise acquired. 5+ year relevant working experience preferably in automotive components manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Technical & automotive application. Good English in both written and spoken
RELEVANT EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION: Certificate in Quality Academy within SKF. Green Belt training Leadership skill training
