【Job Description】 -Daily management of customer service team ( including 5 Customer Service Representative) and coordinate cross-department requirements. - Collect/check team member’s monthly internal stock report. Combine them to submit report. - Customer service system maintenance in Oracle - Work with Operation Manager to Prioritize customer service process and improve customer satisfaction if any - Communicate with finance/commercial team for customer relevant issue. - handling bonded/non-bonded warehouse B/L cargo. - Work on daily paper work, including cargo releasing, WRC issuance, problem settlement and others. - To confirm the rental period, control billing progress and payment issues. - Complete own monthly internal stock report.
【Job Requirements】 - College or/and above; - 5-8 years’ work experience in logistics industrial, more than 3 years' experience of team management, operation experience is preferred; - Fluent English both in written and speaking; - Skillful in office software; - Strong communication and negotiation skills; - Strong independently problem-solving capabilities; - High integrity; - Ability to work independently and under pressure, Good Co-operation skill with team work;
