Main Job Responsibility: 1. HR System Management (Workday): - Support HRIS operations for Greater China, include HCM, compensation, Learning & development modules, etc. - Collaborate with global workday project teams and local vender, guaranteeing the seamless operation of HR systems, addressing any system-related issues, and proposing enhancements or modifications when necessary - Conduct system training to HR team, Managers and Employees, and as a contract window to answer the questions from employees
2. Reporting & Data Analysis: - Produce HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support HRBP and business leaders with regular & ad-hoc issue and organizational leadership in monitoring key performance indicators and assessing HR programs and initiatives within Symrise - Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support the right decision in HR field - Stay informed about advancements in data management technologies, HR systems, and data privacy regulations, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills in HR data management
3. COE support: - Support labor cost analysis per requests - Collaborate with COE team to overseeing the local defined policies, process and procedure in coordination with global, regional and local policies
4. Learning & Development support: - Training course data management, and regular training analysis report - Annual PPM and IDP completed analysis
5. Others: - HR Digitalization & assigned support on employees' life cycle such as on boarding, exit, and all HR processes - All ad-hoc from Line Manager
Qualification requirement: - Bachelor’s degree - At least 5 years’ experience, especially in HR C&B or Data specialist or in a similar data management role within manufacture, consulting firm’s experience is preferred - Expertise in utilizing HR System and tools, such as Workday, Oracle or similar platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify data quality issues - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Self-motivated, result oriented, independent - Proficient in English
