Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Prepare monthly payroll and benefit of Shanghai Plant and handle social insurance/housing fund adjustment; 2. Provide monthly/quarterly/annually finance related reports; 3. Provide Training to the plants employees 4. Organize the recruitment for the FTE or the part time in the plant. 4. Responsible for Plant employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, termination, job change, employee file maintenance, etc. 5. Provide assistance for internal/external audits or other employee relationship related issues; 6. Ad-hoc tasks.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Bachelor degree 2. 2 ~ 3 years HR experience with a multinational company, especially plant experience. 3. Good in reading & written in English.
