Key Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand operational goals and deliver HR strategies that support performance, productivity, and employee engagement. 2.Coach leaders to provide feedback, coaching and development opportunities to optimize employee performance and growth. Ensure performance is being robustly managed and performance management systems and processes are being properly utilized. 3.Steer employee relations, organizational change and restructuring activity. Effectively deliver internal communications and key messages to employees. 4.Provide comprehensive data-driven HR insights and recommendations through understanding business performance reports, operational metrics, and market trends. 5.Develop, manage, and monitor HR budgets, including headcount planning, staffing costs, compensation & benefits, and administrative expenses. Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency within the HR budget. 6.Collaborate effectively with Centers of Excellence (COEs - e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, L&D) and regional HR teams to design, implement, and localize global/regional HR programs, policies, and initiatives. Ensure flawless execution and adoption of HR processes within the assigned business unit(s). 7.Drive talent review processes, identifying High-Potential (HIPO) employees and key talent segments. Develop and implement targeted strategies for Management Trainee (MT) programs, leadership pipelines, and succession planning for critical roles.
Qualifications: 1.Graduates with master’s degrees, preferably in logistics, business, math, finance or other data analysis fields; 2. 5+ years of working experience in any industry; 3.Project management skill, Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills; 4.Strategy thinking and continuous improvement mindset; 5.Speak, write and read fluently in English.
