Requisite Qualification & ExperienceMajor Duties & Responsibilities:
Implements compliance management under supervision of the Compliance VP to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws.
1、The Associate Director will be responsible for managing the local compliance management and also be the business partner for all Business Unites and Enterprise Functions.
2、Define and maintain local policies / SOPs according to the regulatory environment and global policies and ensure they enforce compliance;
3、Be responsible for all Compliance Training, including materials’ creation, execution, reporting and establishing a compliance awareness;
4、Through adequate compliance checking mechanism (review, monitoring, interview, investigation and etc.) and reporting, detected timely and initiated adequate actions;
5、Provide guidance to the business functions and build a thorough business understanding to support the business;
6、Actively drive the internal controls improvement and compliance investigation execution relevant aspects;
7、Evaluate process design and operations and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes from a compliance perspective;
8、Support on other compliance projects as assigned by the Compliance VP
9、Be the team leader of compliance department in China
10、Supervise, coach, and support development of team members.

Requisite Qualification & Experience：
1、Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, auditing or equivalent, MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent preferred;
2、More than 8 years of relevant working experience in compliance areas, including more than 5 ys experiences in pharmaceutical compliance management;
3、Experience in providing compliance advisory, risk assessment, training, monitoring and investigations;
4、Thorough pharma business understanding as well as relevant key business process controls;
5、Team player and strong ability to drive results through collaboration across various functions;
6、High integrity standards;
7、Fluent in Mandarin and English.
