Job Responsibilities OMNI: - Solid back office and operation knowledge to cope with store requests on daily basis. - Able to compile white papers and SOPs based on daily cases to improve operational efficiency. - For special cases encountered in daily operations, able to identify case type and reach out to the corresponding stakeholders to find solutions. - Engage with retail stakeholders to gather feedback and drive optimization directions. - To perform store training/discussion based on CA-Centric perspectives.
Data & Reporting: - Fundamental data setup capability, be able to drive insights from data. - Integrate and deliver high-quality data reports to monitor business performance on regular basis. - Data sensitive, able to follow-up on data issues and highlight insights. - Monitor and analyze user feedback from clients’ experience surveys, identifying trends, pain points, and areas for improvement. - Generate regular reports with insights, visualized data, and clear recommendations to enhance the order journey. - Produce weekly reports, monthly reports, and other forms of reports to enhance the visibility of key stakeholders. - Collaborate with local and central teams to share findings, align on optimization strategies, and track the impact of implemented changes. - Proactively propose initiatives to improve survey methodology or coverage, ensuring data quality and relevance for decision-making.
Job Requirements Education: - Bachelor's degree or above, majors in E-commerce, business administration, marketing etc. are preferred. Languages: - Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. Professional experience: - Minimum 2-3 years in retail operations or business analysis roles within an international luxury/consumer goods company. Key Skills: - Strong ability to dissect system logs, identify patterns, and translate technical issues into business impact. - Good communication skills to maintain relationship with retail stakeholders and drive insights from BAU. - Basic data integration capability, with the ability to optimize operation process. - Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and the experience in basic SQL/dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau). is a big plus. - A high degree of personal presence with good networking, influencing and communication skills. - Good negotiation and strong social skills. - Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic. - Smart, eager to learn, ability to iterate quickly.
