职位描述

岗位职责:


1.建立和拓展销售管道,提升顺科进口航线和服务货量,包括进口海运拼箱、空运包板集拼、欧亚铁路拼箱、危险品拼箱、整箱和综合国际物流解决方案等业务,提升顺科在其专注细分市场的份额和营业收入;

Establish and expand sales pipelines, to promote Shipco’s import products line, including Sea LCL consolidation, Air consolidation, Eurasian Rail consolidation, Hazardous LCL consolidation, FCL services and integrated international logistics solutions, etc. Drive Shipco’s market share and revenue in the niche market.


2.负责重要客户的投标或业务谈判,与公司内部及外部相关方跨团队密切合作,为客户制定提供最优国际物流解决方案;

Lead projects in bidding and negotiation for key customers, work closely with internal/external multi-functional teams to remove blockers and deliver good solutions meet with customer requirements at best cost.


3.与本地及海外客服及操作团队合作,为关键客户建立定制化的操作流程,并持续改进,以确保物流效率和客户满意度;

Establish and streamline end-to-end SOPs for key customers/business with local/oversea customer service and operation teams, review and improve the process consistently to ensure customer experience and satisfaction.


4.与现有或潜在客户定期会议,关注客户的业务或物流问题,探索新的需求和合作机会,搜集客户反馈以便指引顺科进口产品或服务的改进;

Keep regular meetings with exists or potential customers to discuss the customer’s business or logistics issues and explore new needs and opportunities, elicit feedback to help guide future product and service direction, etc.


5.准备定期销售业务回顾报告及发展计划,与销售经理汇报沟通;

Prepare sales/business reviews/reports (including, Volume/GP/YoY Growth/forecasts/sales individual development, etc.) on monthly basis, communicate business development plans and status to sales manager.


6.密切关注应收账款,确保回款及时。

Monitor AR for nomination business, ensure collection of freight timely and in compliance with company credit policy.



任职要求:


1.3年以上国际物流行业销售或业务发展相关经验,有无船承运人(进口海运拼箱)、进口空运集拼工作经验者优先;

3 years sales, business development or commercial related experiences in international logistics, freight forwarding industry, prefer candidates with experiences in NVOCCs, LCL/Air consolidations.


2.过往销售或业务发展工作成绩优秀;

Proven track record in sales/BD.


3.责任心强,有上进心,抗压能力强;

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, work under pressure.


4.良好的沟通和人际关系技巧;

Good communication & interpersonal skills.


5.本科及以上学历,或学历水平相当;

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


6.流利的英语口语和书写能力;

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.


7.熟练使用MS Office软件。

Good command of MS Office.
