职位描述
Position Summary
The role is accountable for developing and cultivating BCO accounts with the scope of Southern China Sub-cluster in specific industry verticals. This entails developing and executing key account strategies, developing long-term strategic relationships with BCOs, generating qualified business opportunities from BCO clients.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and identify/ explore business opportunities in the pre-defined scope.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, including setting targets, objectives, and key results (OKRs) budgeting and KPIs.
- Build, manage and extend business relationships across the decision-making units with key BCOs in Southern China to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor performance of sales business plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities; formulate and execute plans successfully to address these.
- Contribute to the formation and implementation of DP World China’s overall sales and account management strategies for Southern China to deliver required volume and revenue in KPIs.
- Manage client business relationships across the logistics value chain (e.g., agents, shippers) within the countries to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in Business Administration, Shipping/ Logistics Management, or equivalent disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales/ account management experience in a Freight Forwarding/ Logistics/Trading/Shipping industry background.
- Experienced working in customer-centric environment (Agile experience is a plus).
- Solid work experience with BCOs, and/or with proven track record of building and maintaining high quality, long-term business relationships with BCOs (in high-tech/Automotive/Electronics industries is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and inter-personal skills.
- Self-driven, good collaborator.
- English proficiency is a plus.

职位要求
-拥有大专以上学历,商业管理、航运、物流管理或相关学科优先;
-至少4年货运代理/物流/贸易/航运行业销售/客户管理经验;
-有以客户为中心的工作环境经验;
-拥有与BCO合作的扎实工作经历或在高科技/汽车/电子行业有高质量长期业务关系的优先
-出色的谈判、沟通和人际交往能力,自我驱动,善于协作,英语熟练者优先。
