Job Purpose: Business development focusing on Chinese client Customer relationship build up with Chinese client Responsible for lead creation and driving business growth with proven revenue creation Principal Accountabilities: Mapping Indonesia Market with Chinese client development plans Track sourcing shift and new investment trend and extend to successful hand over in Indonesia Identify market opportunities and research the potential clients through meetings, networking and various channels to identify qualified prospects to sales pipeline Manage a favorable commercial relationship with assigned account that will promote customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability. Relationship build up and lead creation by attending events -exhibitions/ conferences/ Chinese association seminar Financial projections : sales target build up and tracking Ensure compliance with operational processes by performing process monitoring and close follow-up with respective parties Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Problem solving with good communication skill and relationship Assure successful client integration: implementation collaboration with operation teams Required Skills & Qualifications College and above Mandarin Speaking Good in communication skill Hardlines / Toys BD experience is preferred.
