Overseas HRBP Key Responsibilities: Assist line Manager to update PM / HRIS policy/process/procedure and SOP based on overseas regions status and promote in there to strength the cooperation and management between HQ and overseas regions. 1. Promote performance management in 12 countries to foster an environment based on both sales and profit driving. 2. Facilitate HC/LC budgeting process and keep monitoring by data analysis. 3. Collect and manage monthly payroll reports from overseas countries to assist labor cost management. 4. Assist visa application for staff expatriate or do international business trip. 5. Participate in weekly HR meetings of overseas countries. Make meeting minutes and follow up the progress of meeting items. 6. Cooperate with country HR for local information collection. Leverage business data, metrics, and external market insights to help line manager make decisions. 7. Immerse yourself in the organization to build productive relationships with internal key clients on all levels. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related subjects; 2. CET-6, Fluent in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing; 3. At least 2 years working experience in HR, has systematic experience in 1-2 functions, PM, C&B, HRIS will be better; 4. Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities; 5. Excellent analytical and communication skills; 6. Ability to respond to multiple changes and working to influence change remotely; 7. Logical and good process sense 办公地点:深圳龙华
