Our team is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our recruiting team. In this role you will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. The Talent Sourcer conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent for our hiring organizations. Key Responsibilities 61 Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization 61 Partner with recruiters to partake in meetings (if required) 61 Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation 61 Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns 61 Find, engage and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques 61 Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications 61 Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders 61 Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas 61 Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities with recruiters and hiring managers 61 Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence hiring stakeholders 61 Utilizes Data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity Qualifications 61 Proven experience or track record in hiring talent within ecommerce or technology related industry (IC or leadership roles) 61 Min. 5 years of sourcing experience with a recruiting agencies or in-house recruiting team 61 Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint 61 Experience with technical tracking systems / software (Applicant Tracking System – Avature or Workday) 61 Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring 61 Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers 61 Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques 61 Experience screening resumes to match qualifications 61 Experience approaching passive candidates Walmart doesn’t charge any recruitment or similar fee in the recruitment process including but not limited to interview, offering and onboarding.
