Job Responsibilities: - Analyze and investigate the need for support of business and translate into a catalogue of requirements to develop value generating HR products and solutions - Deliver HR operational tasks and ensure all the HR activities aligning with HR management procedures/process and compliance, including but not limited talent acquisition, staffing, talent management and so on. - Support BG to deliver HR initiatives through consolidation BG HR data and reporting/analyzing - Work closely with HR SSC and COE team in accomplishing all kinds of HR activities to attract and develop the right talents for the business.
Job Requirements: - Education: Bachelor and above - Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience with all facets of broad-based HR field. - Exceptional skills with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools and proficient in written English. - Good command of communication - Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities.
