Job Description: 1. Provide full spectrum of human resources and administration support including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff relations; 2. Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering; 3. Ensure compliance with employment and related legislation; 4. Support and execute employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, onboarding training, manage employee files and other daily HR tasks; 5. Prepare HR correspondences and documents; 6. Draft, review and advise legal company contracts and agreements (suppliers, IP,…); 7. Streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency; 8. Assist in dealing with employee relations and resolving general HR issues; 9. Manage employee benefits, plan and coordinate company recreational activities and events to improve employee satisfaction; 10. Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. A higher diploma/degree; 2. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; 3. With at least 3 years' all-round HR experience, preferably in a sizable company; 4. Well-versed in PRC employment laws and regulations, social insurance schemes and other related regulations; 5. Experience in drafting, reviewing and advising legal contracts and agreements; 6. Strong positive attitude with problem solving skills, good communication skills, well-organized, proactive, flexible, detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently; 7. Having a strong sense of analytical thinking will be an advantage.
